A technical partner, not just a vendor.
Shasa Technologies was built around one idea: the team that scopes your project should be the same team that builds it, ships it, and answers the phone after launch. Everything below is what that looks like in practice.
What we hold to
Four things that stay true regardless of project size or timeline.
One team, start to finish
The people who scope your project are the people who build it and the people who support it after launch. No handoffs between strangers, no re-explaining your product to a new set of engineers halfway through.
Working software, early
You see and use real progress in weeks, not a finished plan you have to trust on faith. We'd rather show you a working version than talk you through a slide deck.
Built to be maintained
Clean, documented code that your team — or ours — can pick up months later without starting over. We build for the version of your product that exists a year from now, not just the demo.
Honest about scope and cost
You'll know what a project costs and how long it takes before it starts, and we'll tell you early if something changes — not after the invoice.
How this plays out day to day
The difference isn't in what we say — it's in the mechanics of how a project actually runs.
Who's actually on your project
Four disciplines, one accountable team — not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
Product strategy
Turning a rough idea or a messy internal process into a scoped, buildable plan with clear priorities.
Engineering
The people who write and ship the code are the ones who answer your questions about it later.
Design
Interfaces built around how your users actually work, not a generic template with your logo dropped in.
QA & support
Testing before launch and a real point of contact after it, so problems get caught instead of reported.
What that's like to work with
A few notes from projects that ran this way.
We always knew exactly who to call, and it was always someone who'd actually written the code.
— Operations lead, logistics platformThe first demo was a real, clickable version of the tool — not slides. That set the tone for the whole build.
— Founder, healthcare scheduling startupSix months after launch, they still answer the same day. That's rarer than it should be.
— IT manager, retail chainIllustrative examples — swap in quotes from your own clients here.
Questions we get early
The things most people ask before a first call.
Both. Early-stage teams usually need help turning an idea into a scoped MVP; established teams usually need a partner who can slot into an existing product. We adjust the process, not the standard of work.
Every project includes a post-launch support window by default. After that, most clients keep a lightweight retainer for fixes and small improvements, but there's no obligation to continue.
You do. The repository, the deployment, and the documentation are handed over in full — there's no lock-in to our tooling or ongoing licensing.
We scope the work first and agree on a fixed price before anything starts. If the scope genuinely changes mid-project, we flag it and re-agree the number before continuing — never after the fact.

Tell us what you're building and we'll set up a short call — no deck, no sales pitch, just a conversation about scope.
